Applying for the Intensive Spanish Summer Institute
To apply for the ISSI program, follow these steps:
- Apply or Update Application: If you have not been enrolled at LTCC in the last two quarters, you need to update your application. For help with CCCApply, call (877) 247-4836 24/7 or email [email protected].
- Wait for Student ID and Self-Service Login: Allow 1-3 days to receive your student ID information and Self-Service login information. If you do not receive an email notification, check your “Junk Mail” email folder for it. Contact the One-Stop Office at (530) 541-4660 x 211 if you do not receive this email.
- Register for ISSI Courses: Use your Self-Service login to register for ISSI courses. It can take up to 48 hours after registering to receive an email acknowledgment.
- Payment: Tuition fees vary depending on residency. For California residents, the enrollment fee is $77.50 per unit, with additional fees for materials and optional courses. For out-of-state students, the enrollment fee is $307 per unit, with additional fees for materials and optional courses.

- Lodging: July is a popular time in South Lake Tahoe, so it is recommended to make lodging reservations as soon as possible. Discounted rates are available at some hotels.
- Course Times: Courses include grammar instruction, breakout sessions, and series sessions. Times vary, but generally run from 8am to 11:50am, with video breakout sessions in the afternoon or at your convenience.
